I personalize my learning toolkit with an item I call my virtual "Seed Box". It contains an inspirational variety of genius seeds...Genius Seeds are from people like John Lennon and Johnny Appleseed whose ideas of communication using music and adventure are timeless. Inspirational genius seeds will be added to my "seed collection" in addition to some of the usual tools mentioned in the seven and one half lifelong learning habits exercise. I take a personal approach to learning and view my learning as something I do every day whether I think about it or not. It is a good thing to take a pause every now and then to see your growth and then reseed and don't forget to weed your garden!
